Peters & May integrates Netherlands office into global yachts network

Marine transport and logistics specialist Peters & May has announced the integration of its Netherlands office, Transport Partners BV, into its global group to support growth plans across Europe.

With the launch of Peters & May Netherlands, the company consolidates its brand presence in the region, enhancing its position as a one-stop European marine logistics partner. Clients will benefit from more streamlined communication and access to the company’s global network, spanning yacht, superyacht and racing yacht transport, commercial marine and project cargo, as well as freight forwarding and courier services.

Peters & May acquired Transport Partners in 2017 to extend its global reach with a trusted base in the Netherlands, complementing its established offices in the United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Spain, the USA and Turkey.

By fully integrating the Netherlands office under its global brand, Peters & May aims to deliver a cohesive approach for customers navigating the increasingly complex environment of vessel and asset transport. Strategically located as a gateway for Northern Europe and inland EU connections, Peters & May Netherlands will also strengthen the group’s multilingual team and in-house customs and VAT expertise, particularly for transactions between the UK and EU following Brexit.

Simon Judson, CEO at Peters & May, said: “Transport Partners BV has operated as our Netherlands office for several years, with a strong reputation as an experienced marine transportation specialist. With the Peters & May brand now visible in the Netherlands, and our proven 50-year track record, we are confident clients will benefit from the strengthened presence and streamlined offering across Europe.”
