Italian yacht builder Antonini Navi has appointed Denison Yachting as its exclusive representative for the United States and Mexico. Through the partnership, the shipyard aims to expand its international sales network and strengthen its position in the North American superyacht market.
Under the agreement, Denison Yachting will represent Antonini Navi’s full-custom projects and selected models currently under development. Owners, brokers and industry professionals in North America will thus have access to a local team serving as a direct point of contact with the shipyard.
The partnership comes at a time of growth for Antonini Navi. Earlier this year, the shipyard delivered “Seamore 34”, its first full-custom superyacht. Several other projects are currently under construction, including “Evo 31”, scheduled for launch in October. The shipyard also recently announced the sale of the first hull of “XPD95”, the latest addition to its explorer yacht portfolio.
“We are delighted to welcome Denison Yachting as part of our global commercial network,” says Simone Antonini, Founder and CEO of Antonini Navi. “Their reputation, market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the American yachting community make them the ideal partner to support our long-term ambitions. We share the same commitment to professionalism, transparency and client service, and we are confident this collaboration will create new opportunities for both companies.”
Aldo Manna, Co-Founder and Sales Manager of Antonini Navi, emphasises the importance of local market knowledge. Establishing a brand on another continent requires a thorough understanding of yacht owners’ needs and priorities, as well as local market trends. Denison Yachting will help the shipyard establish closer relationships with North American owners and provide them with a local point of contact for after-sales assistance and support.
In recent years, Antonini Navi has invested significantly in developing its technical, industrial and organisational capabilities to compete in the full-custom segment. According to Manna, the company is now entering a new phase of international growth while maintaining the direct relationships with owners and brokers that have always been central to its approach.
Denison Yachting also sees potential for the Italian shipyard in the US market. “We’re thrilled to represent such a respected shipyard,” says Alex G Clarke, broker at Denison Yachting. “Antonini Navi’s projects speak for themselves, and we see the U.S. as a market with real potential for the brand going forward. Antonini Navi is a full custom builder with focus on the explorer segment of the market building in steel & aluminum.”
Four yacht projects in focus
As part of the partnership, the two companies will focus particularly on four projects.
“Seamore 34” is the first full-custom superyacht delivered by Antonini Navi. Its exterior was designed by Hydro Tec, while Hot Lab was responsible for the interiors.
“Evo 31”, scheduled for launch shortly, is based on a proven platform and follows a semi-custom approach.
“Lounge 40” is currently under construction. It offers owners the opportunity to take over an existing project, make extensive individual modifications and benefit from a shorter delivery time.
“XPD95” is a 30 m explorer yacht. The first hull has already been sold, and keel laying is approaching. Naval architecture and engineering are by NAMES under the direction of Francesco Rogantin. Hot Lab is responsible for the interiors, while Sculli & Covini designed the exterior.
Antonini Navi also collaborates with designers and studios including Fulvio De Simoni and Nauta Yachts.
With its offices across the United States and established presence in the superyacht sector, Denison Yachting will support Antonini Navi in increasing brand awareness in North America and developing new business opportunities.
