After successful completion of tests in the North Sea, Heesen Yachts has christened its new build “ALP”.
The ceremony took place in Hellevoetsluis, South Holland, after this the “ALP” left for her maiden voyage in the Mediterranean.

Heesen yacht gets personalise interior furniture
“ALP” belongs to Heesen’s 50-metre semi-displacement series. The exterior lines are penned by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects. The new build made of aluminum reaches a top speed of 23 knots. “ALP’s” contemporary interior spans almost 380 square metres. The personalise interior furniture were made and delivered by Heesen’s own company based in Winterswijk.
The outdoor spaces of “ALP” includes a sundeck, partially protected by a hardtop, a whirlpool surrounded by sun pads aft, a fully equipped bar, a dining area, and a seating area forward.
The main deck aft sports raised sun pads serviced by an adjacent bar. Elevating the relaxation area guarantees guest privacy when docked stern to in a marina. Additionally, this design solution allows a full-height beach club just below. When the transom door is open, it connects seamlessly with the beach club.
