Wolz Nautic has acquired all shares in Tesumo, further expanding its position in the European market for marine flooring and yacht decking.
The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s focus on sustainable growth, technological development and customer-oriented solutions. By combining the expertise and resources of both companies, Wolz Nautic expects to generate synergies, broaden its service portfolio and accelerate the market introduction of new products.
Since its foundation, Tesumo has supplied decking solutions for a range of projects, from production yachts to large superyachts. Notable references include Project “Fox”, Project “Zero” and the research vessel “REV Ocean”, where Tesumo has been used as an alternative to teak. Additional projects remain undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements.
“The acquisition of Tesumo is an important milestone in our company’s development,” said Michael Wolz, Managing Director of Wolz Nautic. “We look forward to combining the strengths of both companies and jointly setting new trends for our customers and the market.”
According to the company, existing customer relationships, contacts and locations will remain unchanged following the transaction. The integration will focus on product development, process optimisation and further strengthening market presence.
Wolz Nautic operates two production sites in Germany and employs around 110 people. The company reported revenues of approximately €16.4 million in 2025.
