Lürssen launches 117-metre superyacht “Boardwalk”

The new superyacht “Boardwalk” has been launched at the Lürssen shipyard in Bremen-Vegesack.

The approximately 117-metre yacht has an estimated gross tonnage of 5,000. Unlike “Cosmos”, which was also launched this year, “Boardwalk” is not defined by futuristic styling but by a classical, elegant design created by the studios of Frank Woll and Amy Halffman.

According to Lürssen, the yacht was conceived as a family retreat, with the experienced owner deeply involved in the entire design process – shaping everything from the general arrangement and onboard flow to the interior and exterior styling.

Lürssen has released a video on social media showing the elegant yacht with the yard’s signature elongated bow. Visible features include two helipads on the foredeck and aft deck, a swim platform with direct access to the water, as well as a pool and Jacuzzi at the stern. Another pool is located on the upper deck.

“Boardwalk” is currently at the yard’s outfitting pier. Delivery of the 117-metre yacht is scheduled for 2026.
