Ferretti Group has appointed Stassi Anastassov as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect following the company’s Annual General Meeting. Tan Ning has been confirmed as Chairman of the Board.
Anastassov is an international business executive with extensive leadership experience across the consumer, industrial and manufacturing sectors. He previously served as President and CEO of Duracell and spent 30 years in senior management roles at Procter & Gamble, working across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
He currently serves as a non-executive director at JS Global Lifestyle and Better Shelter and has advised international companies and investment firms on corporate governance, operational transformation and long-term value creation. Born in Bulgaria, Anastassov holds Swedish and Swiss citizenship and has lived and worked in major international markets.
