At the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show, Denison Yachting announced several new partnerships. The company will represent Ocean King across North, Central, and South America, and Filippetti Yachts in North America. It also revealed a strategic alliance with Northern Jet.
Denison will serve as the exclusive representative for Ocean King, an Italian builder of long-range, steel-hulled explorer yachts. The company’s shipbuilding roots lie in commercial marine construction and refits.
Denison’s initial focus will be on the 36-meter Ducale 120 and 40-metre Doge 400, with additional models including the Doge 350, Doge 500, and Ducale 140. Ocean King’s Explorer series ranges from 27 to 40 meters, with capacity for custom projects up to 100 meters.
Ocean King has expanded its shipyard with three new construction halls, enabling builds of up to 70 meters.
Denison Yachting also cooperates with Filippetti and Northern Jet
Denison will also exclusively represent Filippetti Yachts in North America. The offering includes models across the Sport, Flybridge, and Navetta lines, ranging from 55 to 112 feet. Filippetti is based in Italy and focuses on customizable designs and traditional yacht craftsmanship.
Denison and Northern Jet have formed a partnership to combine private aviation with luxury yachting. The collaboration aims to provide integrated travel experiences, including custom charter packages and access to industry events. Clients will benefit from combined services in yacht brokerage, private aviation, and event access.
