Damen Yachting completes hybrid superyacht “QU2”

Following her completion and a private naming ceremony, the Amels 60 “QU2” has departed from Damen Yachting’s shipyard in Vlissingen City.

The newest 60-metre Amels Limited Editions superyacht features custom interiors by Winch Design. Following delivery, she will embark on her maiden voyage to the northern Mediterranean, arriving in time for a busy charter season.

As part of the Amels 60 design, the yacht combines the proven technical platform of the Amels Limited Editions concept with a highly personalised onboard experience, the shipyard says. The yacht features generous exterior spaces, including a large swim platform and a spacious beach club. She also offers ample capacity for tenders and toys. Designed around both guest comfort and smooth crew operations, Damen Yachting says she is well suited to the demands of the charter market.

The Amels 60 features exterior design by Espen Øino, characterised by distinctive lines and signature trapezoid windows. She is equipped with an advanced hybrid propulsion system designed to enhance onboard comfort while improving efficiency and range.
