The Italian group Aschenez Holding has acquired the remaining 40% stake in Aschenez Srl and has been its sole shareholder since March.
The move is aimed at strengthening the integration of its shipyards and brands while supporting further growth in the international boating market.
With full ownership, the group intends to expand its position particularly in the 30- to 60-foot segment. “The acquisition of full ownership enables fully integrated management of our shipyards and brands,” said Rosario Alcaro, CEO of the group, adding that it creates the conditions for more coherent and synergistic development across different nautical segments.
Three brands, two shipyards
The group comprises the brands Invictus Yacht, Capoforte and the recently launched Marcopolo Adventure Yachts. Invictus currently offers 13 models ranging from 28 to 55 feet, while Capoforte’s portfolio includes 12 models between 19 and 28 feet. Marcopolo Adventure Yachts enters the market with two models of 10 and 12 metres, designed as versatile platforms between day cruisers and cruising yachts.
Production is split between the shipyard in Borgia (Calabria) and the 3AF Shipyard in Villafranca Tirrena (Sicily), which focuses on the Marcopolo range. Together, the facilities cover around 20,000 square metres and employ about 200 people. The group is supported by an international sales network with more than 50 dealers worldwide.
