First Amels 80 of the year reaches Vlissingen

Schaffran

Damen Yachting has welcomed a new Amels 80 hull at its facility in Vlissingen, following its delivery from Romania. It is the first hull arrival of the year. Built in Galați, the hull will now undergo final outfitting and is scheduled for delivery in 2027.

According to the shipyard, the Amels 80 “stands at the forefront of contemporary yacht building, seamlessly uniting advanced technology with outstanding craftsmanship and design inspired by the natural world”.

The yacht is powered by a fuel-efficient hybrid propulsion system and is capable of operating in a near-silent mode.

The Amels 80 offers extensive spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Key features include a 200-square-metre sun deck, the largest in its class, a three-sided open beach club, a private owner’s deck, and a 6.5-metre swimming pool.

Building on the success of more than 50 Amels Limited Editions delivered to date, the yacht draws on Amels’ established expertise and proven innovation, Damen Yachting states.

The exterior design of the Amels 80 was created by Espen Øino International, while the interiors were developed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. Now, the Amels 80 offers new owners the opportunity to personalise the yacht while benefiting from efficient and reliable construction timelines.
