Balkans Sea Fair expands for second edition

Schaffran

The Balkans Sea Fair (BSF) will return to Marina Orikum, Albania, from 16 to 18 October 2026, with organisers expecting the country’s largest yachting exhibition to date.

Following its debut last year, the show aims to strengthen Albania’s position as an emerging yachting destination in the Mediterranean. Set on the Bay of Vlora, the event brings together international yacht builders, equipment manufacturers, brokers, marina operators and service providers targeting the growing Balkan market.

A key feature of the 2026 edition will be an expanded in-water exhibition, with yachts of up to 35 metres on display. According to the organisers, a range of internationally recognised brands, including Amer Yachts, Ferretti Yachts, Azimut Benetti, Maiora, Lagoon and Bali Catamarans, are expected to present their latest models. The line-up will also include RIBs, dayboats, tenders and chase boats.

Beyond the yacht exhibition, companies from across the marine industry will showcase products and services covering navigation electronics, propulsion systems, marina infrastructure, refit, interiors and watersports equipment. The event is intended to connect exhibitors with dealers, distributors, marina operators, tourism organisations and private buyers from across Southeast Europe.

Running alongside the exhibition, the three-day BSF Blue Economy Summit will focus on the sustainable development of the Adriatic and Ionian maritime sectors. The conference will bring together representatives from government, industry, finance and environmental organisations to discuss investment, infrastructure and the future of the regional blue economy.

The organisers see the event as a platform for supporting Albania’s expanding marina network and growing nautical tourism sector while further strengthening its role within the Mediterranean yachting industry.
