Damen Yachting has announced the arrival of a new 60-metre Amels Limited Editions superyacht at its Vlissingen shipyard in the Netherlands.
Having completed her hull construction at the Damen Yachting facility in Gdynia, Poland, she has now arrived in Vlissingen where she will undergo full outfitting ahead of her scheduled delivery in 2027.
The Amels 60 is designed by Espen Øino and features custom concept interiors by Laura Sessa. While Laura Sessa has a long-standing relationship with Amels, this marks her first interior collaboration on an Amels 60. Her distinctive design language and deep understanding of the Amels Limited Editions fleet promise a truly exceptional result.
Joppe Osté, Damen Yachting Project Manager for this Amels 60, commented on the significance of this milestone for the project team and the shipyard: “My team, our co-makers and I are excited to start the outfitting stage of this superyacht and look forward to working with Laura Sessa’s team again, given their extensive experience with the Amels Limited Editions fleet.”
With seven Amels 60 yachts already at sea, the series has proven itself to be charter-ready, eco-smart and timeless. This latest addition is available and scheduled for delivery in 2027.
