Italian yacht builder Forte Yachts is expanding its international sales and representation network through a new partnership with Adaly Yacht.
Under the agreement, the Cannes-based consultancy and brokerage company will represent the brand in the South of France, Monaco, the Netherlands and St. Barth. The move comes just months after the launch of the Forte 47 GT and forms part of the shipyard’s broader international growth strategy.
Forte Yachts said it selected Adaly Yacht for its owner-focused approach and operational expertise in yacht management and onboard operations. The company was founded by Kevin Nebout and a team with experience across the superyacht sector.
“From our very first meetings, we sensed in Adaly Yacht not only strong professional expertise, but also a genuine commitment to the project,” said Fernando Moricca, co-founder of Forte Yachts. “For us, it was essential to find a partner capable of representing the brand with credibility, deep maritime knowledge, and a real connection to yacht owners.”
Kevin Nebout said the industrial background behind the Italian builder was a key factor. Forte Yachts is a brand of West Navaltech, a company specialising in the construction of professional vessels and aluminium components for the yachting sector.
According to Nebout, this engineering expertise is reflected in the Forte 47 GT, which the company positions in the market with a full-aluminium construction, comparatively large interior volumes and a semi-custom approach.
The partnership with Adaly Yacht is part of a wider effort by Forte Yachts to expand its international representation. The builder is already represented in the US through Fort Lauderdale-based Genesis Interiors and said it is also developing additional partnerships in the Balearic Islands and the UK.
Rather than focusing solely on traditional dealership structures, Forte Yachts said it aims to establish a network of local partners able to support owners and prospective clients with sales, customer care and after-sales service.
