The Seattle-based shipyard Delta Marine has launched its newest superyacht, “Zembra”.
The 152-foot (46-metre) full-displacement motoryacht is equipped with a range of tenders and toys and is designed for exploring remote destinations. Following the launch, the yacht has entered the final stages of outfitting ahead of delivery.
Finished in a distinctive metallic Arizona bronze paint, “Zembra” combines refined styling with expedition capabilities. Large expanses of glass, angular lines and a purposeful profile reflect the owners’ vision for a yacht suited to both cruising and exploration. Designed for transoceanic travel, “Zembra” was conceived for owners whose interest in adventure shaped the project.
Developed in close collaboration between Delta Marine and the owners, “Zembra” is equipped for activities above and below the water. A dedicated helicopter landing area, a two-person ICON A5 amphibious aircraft, a FunAir slide, two jet skis and a three-passenger U-Boat Worx submersible expand the yacht’s capabilities. A Williams Jet Tender and a range of water toys are stored inboard to preserve the yacht’s clean profile.
Expedition equipment on board
The interiors were designed by Roger Thomas, who drew on his experience in high-end hospitality design to create an intimate atmosphere throughout the yacht. Accommodation includes a full-beam master suite on the main deck and four large guest cabins below, one of which is wheelchair-accessible. An additional stateroom can be converted into a fitness space and features two Pullman berths.
An elevator connects every deck, providing access to the yacht’s various outdoor spaces. The sundeck features a hot tub and areas for relaxation, while the bridge deck includes a large outdoor table for alfresco dining.

Available for charter after delivery
“Zembra” features a composite hull, twin Caterpillar engines and zero-speed stabilisers. A 3,500-pound SWL boom crane mounted on the bridge deck and a 10,000-pound SWL stern gantry crane are designed for the deployment of expedition equipment. The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests and a crew of ten.
Following delivery, “Zembra” will be available for charter through Northrop & Johnson.
