Sirena Yachts is restructuring its management in the US. Ensar Çabuk has taken over the leadership of Sirena Yachts USA, while his predecessor Constantinos K. Constantinou has moved into the role of Senior Advisor.

Constantinou had led the Turkish yacht builder’s US operations since 2018. During his tenure, Sirena says it expanded its presence across North America and strengthened its dealer network. As Senior Advisor, Constantinou will continue to support the company’s strategic and commercial development.
His successor Çabuk has been with Sirena Marine for more than 15 years. A naval architect and marine engineer with a Master’s degree in Yacht Design, he joined the company in 2011 as a Design Engineer. He later served as Project Manager for the development of the Sirena 58 and Sirena 64 models.

Çabuk subsequently moved into sales, serving first as Sales Responsible and later as Manager of Sales. In 2023, he relocated to Fort Lauderdale to become Country Manager of Sirena Yachts USA. In this role, he worked closely with Constantinou as well as dealers, owners and industry partners across the region.
As the new Head of Sirena Yachts USA, Çabuk will focus on further developing the dealer network and driving the brand’s growth in the US market.
“Having worked alongside him for many years, I know that his deep technical knowledge, commercial experience, and commitment to our customers make him exceptionally well suited to lead Sirena Yachts USA into its next chapter,” Constantinou says of his successor.
Çabuk said he intends to strengthen Sirena’s presence across North America and the wider Americas and further expand the company’s dealer network.
