The Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), originally scheduled to take place from 8 to 12 April, has been postponed amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Organisers have announced that the event will now be held from 25 to 29 November at Dubai Harbour.
According to the organisers, the change is not only a response to the current geopolitical situation but also part of a strategic shift in the show’s long-term scheduling. Future editions are expected to remain in November, effectively moving the event permanently to the autumn season.
The 2026 edition would have marked the show’s 32nd instalment. Over the past decades, DIBS has developed into one of the world’s most prominent yacht and marine lifestyle events, attracting shipyards, designers, technology providers and high-net-worth visitors from across the globe. The exhibition showcases a broad spectrum of the industry, ranging from advanced maritime technologies and high-performance sports boats to large yachts and superyachts.
Set against the backdrop of Dubai Harbour, the show has established itself as a key platform for the Middle East’s growing yacht market, reflecting the region’s increasing importance for builders, suppliers and charter operators alike.
