Damen Yachting has announced the sale of the latest Amels 60, featuring custom interiors by Harrison Eidsgaard.

According to the shipyard, this latest sale reaffirms the success of the 60-metre Amels Limited Editions design and is the second unit sold in the past 10 months. This Amels 60 is currently undergoing her final outfitting stages at the Damen Yachting shipyard in Vlissingen. Sea trials have already taken place ahead of her scheduled delivery in 2026.

Jorrit Pilaar, Commercial Executive EMEA at Damen Yachting, stated: “The sale of this latest Amels 60 is a great example of our collaborative approach. This owner was able to take a proven platform and, through a close partnership with us, customise the yacht, even though they came in at a late stage. This project truly showcases the flexibility and appeal of our Limited Editions concept.”

Amels 60 – quiet and efficient with hybrid propulsion

The yacht is equipped with a hybrid MTU propulsion system for quiet and efficient cruising. This advanced system allows the yacht to operate in a low-emission mode, reducing both its environmental impact and onboard noise levels. With accommodation for up to 12 guests and a crew of 12 plus the captain, this Amels 60 is well suited to both private and charter use.

At 853 GT, she offers a generous layout and an array of luxurious amenities. The yacht features the Amels Limited Editions signature large and spacious sundeck with a Jacuzzi, a touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck, and a main deck owner’s suite with a fold-down balcony. Another highlight is the expansive beach club, a dedicated wellness and entertainment zone that offers a seamless connection to the sea. This entire area is designed as a central hub for relaxation and enjoyment, with a full-height glass door providing open views and easy access to the swim platform.

The contemporary exterior design by Espen Øino is defined by its distinctive lines and trapezoid windows, a signature feature of this Amels Limited Editions series. Harrison Eidsgaard was selected to create the interior design for this Amels 60, marking the second collaboration with the London-based design studio. Ben Harrison, Director at Harrison Eidsgaard, stated: “Marking a shift from the natural hues of the previous Amels 60 we designed, this yacht is really something different, an elevated level of sophistication and glamour with navy accents and rich walnut.”
