The Dutch shipyard Damen Yachting has succeeded in selling a fourth hull of the Amels 80. The handover to the owner is planned for 2027.

Jorrit Pilaar, sales manager at Damen Yachting, worked with the client throughout the sales process, in collaboration with Jan Jaap Minnema, sales broker at Fraser. He comments on the sale: “Within two years of the launch of the series, the sale of the fourth hull of the Amels 80 series is a fact. I look forward to the journey ahead.”

The yacht, with an exterior design by Espen Øino, will be fitted with an interior by Sinot. All details of the specifications are said to remain confidential. Launched in 2022, the Amels 80 has been a resounding success, Damen Yachting said, and the first yacht in the series is now being fitted out at the shipyard ahead of delivery in 2025.

Amels 80 is, as her name suggests, 80 meters long. She has a GT of 2,175 and offers space for 14 guests, 20 crew members and the captain.
