Damen Yachting has announced the launch of the latest Amels 60. It is the sixth yacht of the next generation.
The launch took place at Damen Yachting’s key shipyard, located in Vlissingen. The Amels 60 Limited Editions showcases a “forward-thinking design based on the solid foundation of craftmanship and the proven platform of Damen Yachting’s naval architecture”, the shipyard says.
The exterior design is the work of naval architect Espen (Z}ino. The custom interiors of this Amels 60 are done by Winch Design, the design studio appointed by the owner.
New Amels will be delivered by the end of 2024
Following the launch, this Amels 60 will undergo her final outfitting at the Damen Yachting yard, until ready for delivery to her owner at the end of 2024. Damen Yachting’s Project Manager Paul Deurloo comments: “It’s always an exciting moment to see the yacht coming out of the shed in all her glory. The spectacular colour of this hull will certainly stand out!”
