Ulyssia Residences will exhibit for the first time at Monaco Yacht Show 2024, alongside build partner Meyer Werft.
The exhibit, to be co-hosted with Meyer Werft at the German shipyard’s habitual stand location, will offer visitors to Europe’s preeminent yacht show the opportunity to explore a scale model of the 320-metre/1,050 masterpiece.
Set to become the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community with 132 residences and 22 guest suites, Ulyssia is envisioned by Monaco resident Frank Binder. It is designed by renowned naval architect Espen Øino, with interiors by FM Architettura, and will be constructed by Meyer Werft.
Members of the Ulyssia Residences and Meyer Werft teams will be present throughout the four days of the Monaco Yacht Show to meet prospective residents and answer questions about this groundbreaking project.
Ulyssia will be built by Meyer Werft
Frank Binder, Founder and Chairman of Ulyssia Residences, says: “As a Monaco resident who has been attending the Monaco Yacht Show for many years, it is a great pleasure to be exhibiting Ulyssia alongside Meyer Werft at this year’s renewal.
“The vision for Ulyssia is a unique lifestyle on a residential yacht that travels the world. This is floating real estate. But it’s much more than that – it’s about the lifestyle that we’re offering, the possibility to discover the world without leaving home, within a community of people that you will find nowhere else. We’ll enable owners to give back as we travel, wherever we see there’s need, and we’ll use the yacht as a platform to do ocean conservation work.”
Lars Kruse, Head of Sales and Design, Meyer Werft, comments: “We are happy to exhibit together with Ulyssia at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024 to exhibit this outstanding concept we are developing in close collaboration together with the Ulyssia team, Espen Øino International and FM Architettura.”
