Tankoa Yachts, the boutique shipyard specialising in the construction of bespoke superyachts, has announced key additions to its management team as part of its broader growth strategy.

The move supports the company’s ambitions for new projects, expanded production capacity and a continued focus on its people as the driving force behind the brand.

Isabella Picco has been appointed Head of Marketing & Communication. With extensive experience in the high-end yachting sector, she will work closely with Tankoa’s top management to further strengthen the company’s brand identity and expand its international presence.

“I’m truly excited to join a company of such excellence as Tankoa and to work alongside a team of outstanding professionals. I look forward to applying my experience to help guide the shipyard into the future, while staying true to the brand’s authentic values,” said Picco.

In addition, Guido Orsi has been appointed Vice President. A key figure at Tankoa since its founding, Orsi has held various leadership positions over the years, combining entrepreneurial vision with in-depth industry expertise. In his new role, he will continue to drive the company’s strategic focus on sustainability, technological innovation and international growth.

“Tankoa is a perfect blend of tradition, innovation and a family-led identity. I’m proud to be part of this new chapter of growth, built on people, ideas and quality,” commented Orsi.

The appointments underline Tankoa’s commitment to steady, long-term growth, guided by craftsmanship, innovation and the values that define its position within the luxury yacht sector.
