Sven Dreyer moves from Anschütz to Furuno

After more than 30 years at the Kiel-based company Anschütz, Sven Dreyer moved to Furuno Deutschland. There, he is responsible for sales in the DACH region as Sales Manager.

Sven Dreyer took on his new role in April. Previously, he worked in various positions at the navigation manufacturer Anschütz, most recently as Senior Manager Key Accounts.

After his three years of service in the navy, Sven Dreyer studied electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel. He started his career in 1991 as a Project Engineer at Anschütz. He also held positions such as Area Sales Manager and Director of Sales.

Furuno active in Germany since 2005

Furuno is, among other things, a manufacturer of electronics for ship navigation and communication. Furuno Deutschland GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Japanese Furuno Electric Co., Ltd. Since 2005, the German subsidiary has been distributing Furuno products for the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. For these countries, the company offers service, consulting, and sales in commercial shipping, fishing, recreational boating, and yachting. Currently, the Furuno team at the German office in Rellingen consists of about 30 employees.
