Design studio Nuvolari Lenard has introduced the NL 47 Plus XL, a 47-metre yacht that will be built by Turkish yard Mengi Yay. The project joins the Nuvolari Lenard Plus range, which also includes the 50-metre flagship currently under construction.
With a volume below 500GT, the NL 47 Plus XL is designed to accommodate ten guests and nine crew. Features include a beach club at the stern, a large sun deck and custom interiors. According to the designers, the concept is intended as a practical alternative to a full custom build, combining shorter delivery times with design quality and a high degree of personalisation.
The first NL 47 Plus XL has already been sold to an experienced yacht owner, with delivery scheduled for 2027.
Meanwhile, construction of the NL 50 Plus continues. As the largest model in the Plus range, it combines a volume just under 500GT with the layout and amenities of a larger yacht, including an expansive beach club with fold-out platforms, a vast sundeck and fully bespoke interiors.
Nuvolari Lenard will showcase its Plus range, covering yachts from 40 to 65 metres, during the Monaco Yacht Show. A 47-metre Serenissima yacht will also be on display, with the team available for private meetings to present the NL 50 Plus and NL 47 Plus XL in more detail.
