GB Marine Group, designer and builder of the Grand Banks and Palm Beach Motor Yachts brands, announces the appointment of Lynn Fischer as Chief Marketing Officer.
Following recent product developments, a 114,000 square-foot expansion of the company’s production facility, and continued investments in brand presence and owner services, CEO Mark Richards identified the need for an experienced U.S.-based brand strategist.
In this newly created role, Fischer will lead the company’s marketing activities, working closely with Richards to support brand development, enhance client engagement, and contribute to the company’s focus on performance, design quality, and customer service.
Lynn Fischer previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Vista, a global private aviation company. She has led marketing efforts for organizations involved in various industries, including urban mobility and private travel. Her experience includes work in premium and luxury sectors, with a focus on brand strategy and customer engagement.

Fischer’s appointment comes at a time of growth for the company, with new products in development, the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities, and further efforts to strengthen brand presence and owner services. In her role, she will oversee brand strategy, digital and content marketing, global campaigns, customer insights, and the ongoing development of the owner experience program. She will also support the company’s factory-direct sales model and its goal of providing a cohesive and customer-focused experience.
