Bas van Helden joins Water Revolution Foundation Board

Schaffran

The Water Revolution Foundation has appointed Bas van Helden to its board. With this step, the organisation is implementing the planned succession of its founding board members.

Bas succeeded Henk de Vries in May this year, reaffirming Feadship’s long-standing commitment to supporting the Foundation’s mission and contributing actively to the industry’s collective sustainability efforts.

Bas is the Managing Director of De Voogt Naval Architects / Feadship, where he oversees the organisation’s design, naval architecture, and innovation activities. With more than two decades of experience across the maritime sector, he brings a strategic and collaborative approach that will strengthen the Board during this important phase of transition and growth.

Feadship’s increasing emphasis on sustainability and innovation aligns closely with Bas’s professional values and serves as a key motivation for his involvement on the board of Water Revolution Foundation.
