Two leading players in yacht outfitting have joined forces to redefine how interiors are conceived, built, and delivered. Winkels Interior Design and the R&M Group have entered into a strategic partnership under the brand All-in-One Interiors, offering owners and shipyards a seamless, turnkey solution – from engineering to aftercare.

The concept behind All-in-One Interiors is straightforward yet ambitious: one contractor, one contract, and one clear point of responsibility. By combining their expertise, Winkels and R&M now cover every area on board – from owner suites and crew accommodation to wheelhouses, technical rooms, and even external furniture.

The scope extends well beyond joinery and design, including insulation, HVAC, noise and vibration control, fire safety, and stainless-steel galleys. Protection and cleaning services during the build process, as well as long-term maintenance and refurbishment, complete the package.

“Our mission is to simplify interior management while maximising value for our clients,” the partners emphasise. “From a single component to a complete turnkey package, we deliver interiors and technical outfitting for new builds, refits, and ongoing operations – with streamlined processes that ensure both quality and cost optimisation.”

Efficiency and expertise combined

What sets All-in-One Interiors apart is the decision to keep all essential production and services in-house. This ensures precision and reliability, while allowing the partnership to control costs and lead times. Clients benefit from shorter decision-making chains, smoother workflows, and reduced project risks.

Winkels brings more than 60 years of experience in bespoke yacht interiors and high-end joinery, with a team of 100 employees and substantial in-house production capacity at its German base on the Dutch border. R&M contributes its 130-year track record as a global provider of customised ship interiors, from cruise ships to offshore platforms, with strong expertise in thermal and acoustic insulation as well as integrated interior systems.

Together, the companies can operate in parallel, coordinating early and efficiently to shorten lead times and avoid costly rework.

Supporting thee entire value chain

All-in-One Interiors is designed as a full-service provider across the entire lifecycle of a yacht interior. The offering includes:

  • Transparent project calculation and tailored engineering solutions
  • In-house production facilities in Germany
  • International project and site management
  • Skilled installation teams in key markets
  • Logistics, protection, and aftercare services

For both new builds and complex refits, the partnership aims to reduce project risk, optimise budgets, and shorten lead times, while ensuring consistent quality across all interior areas. In addition, the cooperation provides scope for joint research and development, particularly in sustainable materials and advanced systems, reflecting the industry’s increasing focus on efficiency and environmental performance “With All-in-One Interiors, turnkey is no longer just a word – it’s a reality,” the partners state.
