The Antalya-based shipyard Alia Yachts has recently delivered the 53-meter yacht “Kaiyo” to its owner.
The vessel features two guest cabins and a master suite, accommodating up to six guests in total. Additionally, it offers a spacious salon, a lounge and dining area on the aft deck, a sundeck with a bar and sun loungers, and a beach club.
The highlight of the design, created by Azure Design & Naval Architecture, is what Alia Yachts calls its unique elevated aft deck. This multifunctional space serves as a fully certified helipad for an Airbus H145 and doubles as an entertainment area. Not only can it accommodate the helicopter, but it can also be used as a volleyball or basketball court.
“Alia Yachts could not be prouder of Kaiyo,” says Alia President Gökhan Çelik. “She is an exceptional yacht that blends utility and luxury in a completely new way without compromise. On one hand, she offers superyacht-level accommodation for six guests and an epic entertainment space; on the other, she provides an unparalleled storage capacity for toys, including a helicopter and a Triton submersible. Kaiyo is the ultimate showcase of Alia’s capabilities and a fresh answer to the ever-growing demand for utility yachts.”

Alia’s new build is a paradise for water toys
The list of toys aboard Kaiyo is extensive. In addition to the Airbus helicopter and Triton 660/7 submersible, she carries a 13-meter guest tender (also built by Alia), an 8.2-meter custom Cockwells beach boat, and a 6.1-meter Ski Nautique waterski boat. The yacht is also equipped with RS Tera sailing dinghies and two RS Cat 14 sailboats.
There is also plenty of room for smaller toys, including two Sea-Doo WakePros (230 HP), two Yamaha SuperJets, and two Seabobs. The inventory further includes foiling flight boards, jet boards, stand-up paddleboards, pedal boards, tandem kayaks, and a variety of boards and skis. Adding to the fun is a huge inflatable beach park and an obstacle course.
“Kaiyo” is set to sail across the Caribbean to the United States. She boasts a range of 4,100 nautical miles and can reach a top speed of 15 knots.
